Audit log
Who did what, and when, in your organization: every creation, change and decision is recorded with its author. Read by owners and administrators, exported by owners.
Reading the log
Filter by category, author, action, object type and period. “Sign-ins” shows your members' successful and failed sign-ins and locks, with the IP address. “Details” shows the values before and after. An action done by the Vigilo team at your request reads “via Vigilo support”. IP addresses are erased after 12 months.

- Successful and failed sign-ins and lockouts of your members, with the IP address, erased after 12 months.

Exporting the log
“Export (Excel)” keeps the filters shown. Columns: date (UTC), category, action, object type, object, author, “via Vigilo support”, IP address (when there is one) and changes. Owners only, never during a support session; 366 days and 5,000 rows at most per export: shorten the period beyond that.
